1. Promoter Job Role
The Besto Promoters are responsible for membership promotion. You have to encourage people to join our Besto community initiative program. The sole responsibility is to engage and register people through our website portal.
- Eligibility: The applicant should have a minimum age of 18 years. The residents from India and Nepal are eligible to apply for this job role. Must be polite and fluent in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
- Education: There is no specific educational qualification required for this job role. Anyone can apply for this post.
- Working Hours: The minimum working hours are 1 hour and the maximum are 5 hours per day. You need to be available during working hours so that we can make any communication according to the requirement.
- Payment: The basic pay scale is between $4 and $5 per hour. However, final remuneration depends on the terms and conditions as applicable per candidate.
- Selection Procedure: Registered Besto members need to fill out an application form and submit it, choosing the desired candidate profile. The shortlisted candidate has to appear for a telephonic interview. The final remuneration will be decided based on the candidate’s eligibility and expertise.
2. Digital Job Role
The Besto members have ample opportunities to work as social media managers, digital marketing executives, web content writers, web designers, telecallers, translators, and social media influencers. All of these job roles have work-from-home facilities where employees can work according to their flexible time schedules.
- Social Media Manager : Must have knowledge and experience of social media page handling, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, building strategies to increase followers, and overseeing social campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Executive: Should have expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns for branding and promotion. Must be well aware of email marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM.
- Web Content Writer: Must have the skills to write SEO-optimized, well-researched content that engages visitors to the website and ensures the brand’s visibility across the digital platform.
- Web Developer and Designer: Need to have the expertise in building and maintaining websites. Should have experience in testing the functionality of the website and fixing bugs if necessary.
- Telecaller: Must have to answer calls with proper solutions to queries related to the Besto Community on a daily basis. Need to follow up and maintain a record for the same with details.
- Translator: You should have expertise in translating content from Nepali or Hindi to English or vice versa. All pieces of information should be available in Nepalese, Hindi, and English for circulation within the Besto community or any other relevant purpose.
- Social Media Influencer: The applicant must have a large number of followers on their social media profile, such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, to apply for this post. The job responsibility primarily will be promoting the Besto community brand digitally through social media channels.
Eligibility: There is no restriction on age, location, or education for applying for these job roles. But the applicant should have the specific skills related to the job profile as mentioned above.
Working Hours: You will have flexible working hours, usually between 5 and 6 hours per day.
Payment Terms : The payment terms and tenure depend on the task completion time and total duration required for the project.

3. Representative Role
Besto representatives are responsible for the promotion of Pay Later Card and Express Money offerings. They have to make the Besto community aware of the facility they can avail from us. They must have to understand every feature of our Pay Later Card and Express Money Support. Need to resolve queries and do follow-up with the interested members of our community.
- Eligibility: The applicant must be at least 18 years old. There is no specific educational qualification required for applying for a representative role. Must be polite and well-versed in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
- Work Hours: The minimum working hours for the representative job profile are 2 hours, and the maximum are 6 hours per day. Must be available over the call/chat support/mail during working hours.
- Payment: The representative job role has a pay scale of $6–$8 per hour, subject to expertise and experience.
- Selection Procedure: The applicant must be a registered BESTO member to apply for this position. Fill out the application form through our Besto community website portal career page. The shortlisted candidate will receive a call from us for a telephonic interview or video call meeting.
4. Volunteers (Paid and Unpaid)
The volunteers’ job profiles for both paid and unpaid have to support Besto Community Programs. They need to participate in all healthcare-related activities conducted by the Besto community, such as medical camps, health awareness programs, and any related programs.
Eligibility: The applicant must be a registered Besto member, and he/she should be 18 years of age or above. No specific educational qualification is required, but you must have expertise or experience in managing health programs. Should be well-versed in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
Unpaid Volunteers:
Members should be self-motivated and willing to work as volunteers. They can provide support in medical camps, health awareness programs, and daily assistance activities. There are no fixed working hours for this job profile. One can participate according to their availability and flexibility.
Paid Volunteers:
The paid volunteers have minimum working hours of 2 hours. They have to work in online or offline mode according to the need. They have to perform typical tasks like generating awareness of Besto community initiatives and participating in organized activities, similarly to unpaid volunteers. But, in addition to raising awareness, they must be involved in Besto Health Card promotions. The sole job responsibility will be to make people aware of Besto Health Card benefits. The payment terms and criteria will be shared upon joining confirmation.
